Research Abstract

The goal of the research activity is to study machine and deep learning techniques for analysing large volumes of data in order to propose innovative green-aware solutions for efficient, secure and sustainable digital services, also from an energy point of view. To this purpose, methodologies will be developed to collect and analyse data in order to extract descriptive/predictive models useful for decision makers in various fields to extract patterns of use by users and detect possible usage anomalies. A potential application domain is Smart Cities, where advanced ICT infrastructures and innovative data-driven models are the basis for the implementation of sustainable and efficient services for citizens.
